From Lancaster, Philadelphia, and New Jersey:
Travel the PA Turnpike West to Exit #286 (Lancaster / Reading, Old Exit #21). After the toll booth, turn left onto 222 South toward Lancaster. Travel on 222 South to Route 30 West to Route 283 West (toward Harrisburg.) Travel on 283 West and take the exit for Route 743 for Elizabethtown / Hershey. Turn left at stop sign and take 743 toward Elizabethtown. Travel 1.6 miles on 743 to Market Street in Elizabethtown (Route 230.) Turn right onto 230 and travel 1.5 miles to Zeager Road (there is a large sign on the left for Conewago Industrial Park.). Turn left onto Zeager Road and travel 1.7 miles to the Conewago Manor Inn on the left.

From Pittsburgh:
Travel the PA Turnpike East to Exit #247 (Harrisburg East - Old Exit #19) and stay in the right lane. Immediately after the toll booth, turn right onto Route 283 East toward Lancaster. Take 283 East to the Toll House Road exit (Route 230 / 341.) Turn right at the stop sign at the top of the ramp and go to second stop sign. Turn left on to Route 230 East and travel 3.3 miles to Zeager Road (there is a Getty station on the left and then a large sign on the right for Conewago Industrial Park.) Turn right onto Zeager Road and travel 1.7 miles to the Inn, which is on the left.

From York / Baltimore:
Travel Route 83 North to the PA Turnpike (Exit #18.) Travel the Turnpike East to Exit #247 (Harrisburg East - Old Exit #19) and stay in the right lane.
